Steve Casey

Steve started his career in estate agency almost twenty five years ago joining the market leader at the time Taylors estate agents.

Steve progressed through the ranks and became one of Taylors youngest ever managers. He progressed further and successfully managed some of the company’s flag ship offices.

Steve went onto to work for both the Halifax & TSB property services before realising his ultimate ambition of running his own estate agency.

In 1995 Steve was approached to become a partner at Northampton’s longest established estate agency Merry’s.

Although Merry’s was a well respected firm it was in need of expanding and modernising in order for the company to compete. Within a short period Merry's became a 4 office organisation and became firmly established as a leading agent within the town.

To this day Merry’s is regarded as one of the most respected & professional estate agencies in Northamptonshire.

Steve is now embarking on the next chapter of Merrys commitment to its clients overseeing the exciting re-brand of the firm which will reaffirm Merry’s position as one of Northampton’s leading estate agents.

Nick Horne

Nick embarked on his career in agency back in 2002 joining Merry's as a trainee negotiator at the firms Bridge Street office.

Nick quickly developed into one of the companies leading sales negotiators and obtained the monthly negotiator award on several occasions. Nick quickly adapted to all of the facets required to become a successful estate agent and progressed into management within eighteen months becoming one of Merry's youngest ever managers. His first management position was at the Brixworth office where Nick has lived all of his life.

He quickly established the Brixworth office as the agency of choice on the north side of the county. One of his strengths is being able to provide accurate sound marketing advice irrespective of the value of a property.

Nick was made a director in 2010 and his enthusiasm and passion are just some of the many attributes he brings to Merry’s

Asher Stephens

Asher has over 7 year’s property experience having joined as a trainee negotiator in 2002.

Asher became one of the most successful the company has produced and holds the record for the most sales in one year.

Asher took a short sabbatical from estate agency but rejoined Merry’s in 2006 and assisted the residential lettings department.

Asher has developed her skills within this department and has progressed to assistant manager. She has an excellent understanding of residential lettings and has attended courses in lettings compliance and advance management.

Unlike most lettings agencies Merry’s is open 7 days a week thus providing greater flexibility for both landlords and tenants.
