We are pleased to announce we are the Gold Winner Letting Agent in Northampton (NN4-NN7) at The British Property Awards. The Brit Awards may have overshadowed this achievement concerning press and social media coverage, but at Merrys, we couldn’t be prouder.

It is not as if any of the team entered this industry to win an award. However, the award itself isn’t the main thing, and the most important thing is it acknowledges the hard work and effort our team puts into supporting local landlords and the local letting industry.

The British Property Awards is evaluated on 25 criteria, with agents independently assessed. The requirements involved in the process is based on what clients consider when looking for an agent, and we are pleased to have our work highlighted in this service.

At Merrys, we are pleased to say we have served the Northampton community with pride for a considerably long time. We are the longest established estate agency in the area, with a history dating back to 1815. We aim to maintain traditional values in our services, but of course, we have also moved with the times.
