"Sold a property and purchased a property from this agent. Found a property I wanted to buy from this agent and wanted to put in an offer but wanted to get a sale agreed on my house first. I was with a different agent who was dragging their heels on getting my house on the market, so I contacted Merrys about getting my house on the market quickly, they came round the same day, took photos and its was on Rightmove the same day, they moved fast, viewings the following few days and less than a week to get an offer over the asking price.
